Brief
The client is a well known and accredited orthodontist but has never seen success working with other SEO agencies in the past. This was evident due to the overall unoptimized state of the website and the lack of location targeting for pages.
Despite the long history of the practice and the acclaim of the owner, many of the pages languished at the bottom of the Google SERPs (search engine results pages).
Results
We immediately identified that the site did not follow SEO best practices, so working with the owner of the practice, we revised several pages, products and the layout of the website to be in line with optimal SEO strategies.
Within the first month of working with this client, we were able to almost double organic traffic to this site, from 30 avg organic clicks per month to 60. This additional traffic was consistent but recently saw another jump that nearly doubled the traffic again, to ~120 clicks in the past month.
This is the result of our further focus on optimization of service pages and managing to secure #3 on Google for “Lingual Braces Philadelphia” – one of the key services the client wanted us to prioritize.
Additionally, over the last six months of working with the client, we’ve dramatically increased their CTR (clickthrough rate, or the percentage of times when someone clicks on the site when it’s shown in search results), as a result of optimizing their meta titles and meta descriptions.
