Brief
We began work with this client in April 2024. They were struggling to promote their semaglutide services, particularly after launching their website at the end of 2023. Despite their efforts, they were running out of ideas to optimize their site and attract new clients.
During our review, we identified a major gap in on-page SEO optimizations targeting queries related to their key services. The site lacked local SEO optimization, so they weren’t gaining much visibility from their target audience.
Recognizing this, we implemented a strategy focused on building service-specific location pages and optimizing on-page content to increase their online visibility and fill their appointment calendar.
Results
In the four months following our engagement, the website’s traffic increased by 62.9%, recovering from a significant drop in March 2024. Through entity optimization and targeted location pages, we successfully secured the #1 ranking in Google for “Ozempic + location.”
In addition, traffic to the semaglutide-related pages saw an impressive 157% increase within the same period. Comparing Q2 to Q1 of 2024, clicks on Ozempic and semaglutide-related queries grew by 48%, underscoring the success of our on-page SEO optimizations.
